Our offer is divided into 4 Areas of Intervention:
to define the contents and the scope of projects of change and improvement
to implement the change by supporting the organization and the various business functions
to spread into the organization the skills and speed up or create the conditions for change
Our customers may also request specific interventions in one of these areas, but generally the offering is an integrated mix, depending on customer needs and the required level of outsourcing needed.
In addition, our previous business experience allows companies to call us to achieve specific goals and therefore with interventions of operational support and/or Temporary Management, which often integrate and complement the Consultancy and are further enhanced by training opportunities and specific services.
The most recurrent practices, consisting of specific combinations of our four areas of interventions, represent the VM solutions which are described individually in the appropriate section.
