Optimization of Management Control System

Identification of the content and implementation priorities and of the actions needed to allow proper cost control and allocation:

• Check up to identify the current company situation compared to structural variables, process and tools
• Picture of the overall structure of the cost control system, of the activities, business needs, priorities, and solutions identified as well as of those already implemented
• Gap analysis with the complete implementation plan with indication of actions, priority, timing and costs
• Advise, support and coaching to the plan deployment, including selection and monitor of the suppliers.
